Access DNA Website Review

This is a very professionally designed and presented website about the human DNA. The website offers information about DNA genetics and offers advice from board certified genetic counselors. This is a great website for people who are interested in learning about genetics and how they can affect people and where to find genetic tests in their area.

You can create a profile and get a free personalized genetics report. The link is conveniently available directly on the home page. Once you have completed answering all the questions to create a profile a report is produced. This report gives a list of all the topics that are involved with your answers. Each item in the report is clickable and produces details about the topic. A description is given related to the topic and links for places to research for more information about the topic. The prices for the genetic testing of conditions are given and you can also search by area code to find genetic professionals in your area to perform the testing. You can select to send the information from the report to your family members by entering the email addresses.

For people who rather listen than read there is a very informational video section of the site. You can watch videos about the site and their features, their community center, education center, expert center, your genetic report results and how to find the genetic tests you’re seeking.

Their FAQ section is a must read for people like me who have never visited the site before or never had genetic testing done. It has answers to many questions that a person might find themselves wandering when viewing their site.

You can visit the community section of the site to read and participate in discussions with others. Here people can find topics about specific genetic conditions and expert answers.

This is a very informative and easily navigated site. If you are new to the topic of genetics this is a great place to learn and become aware. This is also a great site for people who are already familiar with the topic and are searching for more information.
